Setting the Standard: New Single – Storey Duplexes in Bridleways

April 9, 2025 By dean_admin Leave a Comment

We’re excited to be building four brand new townhouses in Bridleways – the first single-storey duplexes to go up in this stunning new subdivision. These homes are designed to set a benchmark for low-maintenance lifestyle living, perfectly suited to the needs of modern families, downsizers, and everyone in between.
Built with quality and comfort in mind, each home is part of a thoughtfully designed duplex that provides the privacy of a standalone home with the convenience of a compact footprint. Clever planning ensures you’re separated from your neighbours, while generous sections allow for outdoor living spaces – perfect for entertaining or just relaxing in the sun.

Located in a brand new intergenerational neighbourhood, Bridleways offers a sense of community along with excellent amenities, walking tracks, and a safe, welcoming vibe. These townhouses reflect a new way of living – one that prioritises simplicity, comfort, and connection.
Langsford & Ogle currently have both duplexes (that’s four homes) under construction at the same time, and we’re thrilled to say that two of these have already been pre-sold. Our subbies have been working hard and staying on schedule – the homes are looking fantastic so far. From the epic playground nearby, you can already see the frames up and the roofs on!

Check out the progress pics, including the floors being poured, frames going up, and a render showing what the completed homes will look like. Stay tuned – these homes are a great example of thoughtful design and solid craftsmanship coming together in one of Cambridge’s most exciting new neighbourhoods.

BuildLink Cambridge Inaugural Golf Day

November 1, 2024 By dean_admin Leave a Comment

The Langsford & Ogle team proudly took part in the Buildlink Cambridge Inaugural Golf Day, joining forces with industry partners and suppliers to support and fundraise for The New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.

With a good dose of friendly competition, the L&O team enjoyed a day on the green (and the fairways, and the rough) at Tieke Golf Estate, showcasing and growing our industry and community relationships, supporting local business, and fundraising for a great cause.

A day well spent making a positive impact beyond the construction site.
